Intended Use
- Structural gap filling and load-bearing grouting
- Bonding and sealing and reinforcement of irregular surfaces/cavities
- Architectural repair and restoration
Not suitable for
- Bonding polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or fluoropolymer substrates
- Service temperatures above 60°C (140°F)
- Exposed exterior applications without UV-protective coating or paint
HANDLING
Before Use
Working Conditions
Apply between 10°C and 45°C.
For optimal dispensing and expansion performance, condition materials to 23–35°C for approximately 2 hours before use.
Surface Preparation
Metals :
- Clean and dry
- Remove dust, debris, grease
Thermoplastics :
- Clean and dry
- Remove oils and contaminants
- Not recommended for PE, PP, or fluoropolymers
Composites :
- Remove dust, debris, and release agents
- Abrasion may be required

During Use
Cartridge Application
- Verify cartridge openings are clear.
- Install the approved 10 mm x 24-element or 13 mm x 24-element helical-type static mixer (Medmix MFHX 10-24T or MFHX 13-24T).
- Purge a small amount of material.
- Dispense until a uniform mix is obtained.
- Apply immediately to the substrate.
Bulk Application
- Use a 13 x 24-element helical-type static mixer (Medmix MCH 13-24T).
- Compatible with meter-mix dispensing systems.
- Use approved helical static mixers.
- Consult Technical Service for equipment compatibility.
Important Notes
- Material expands 130–180% during cure.
- Avoid disturbing bonded components during curing.
Personal Safety
Wear protective gloves, safety glasses, and appropriate clothing. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet for complete handling and disposal information.
Packaging & Storage
- Available in cartridge and bulk formats
- Shelf life: 24 months
- Store below 25°C in original unopened packaging
- Avoid prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures
